If you had a broken leg would you download a ‘how to’ guide to fix it?’ Or would you go to the doctor? The internet is full of ‘questionable’ material and the law is complex. The law is always changing and the repercussions if you get something wrong, like with that broken leg, can be life-changing. Lawyers spend their entire careers learning and studying the law and know what to look for, be aware of and what to do. In order for a lawyer to renew their licence to practice each year they are required to undertake numerous hours of legal education to ensure they are kept up to date with changes in policies, laws and best practices.

While many of our services are provided on a ‘fixed fee’ basis, at times we will invoice on a ‘time basis’. The pricing structure for a matter will always be discussed with you and your approval will be obtained before we commence working our magic.

Our ‘normal’ office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. However, we do provide a flexible service and can accommodate meetings and calls outside of these hours, making it easy to schedule your ‘legals’ around your ‘life’ commitments.

We offer a mobile service and can meet you at your home, place of business or favourite café or can arrange a teleconference – whatever works best for you!
